As someone who deeply appreciates our planet and is addicted to the outdoors, I swore never ever to use a fuel generator again…Bluetti Lithium Power Station…
As energy use is worried, my outdoor camping journeys and RV getaways are near-to-zero emissions.
What do I use?
Since this year, my go-to solar kit is the Bluetti AC200P paired with three 200W portable photovoltaic panels.
Is it the best one around? It most likely is.
Is it ideal? No, it still has space for improvement however it certainly sets a requirement that is tough to beat.
Why is everybody in the off-grid neighborhood raving about the AC200P?
When the UPS guy discharges the plan to your curbside, taking the whole box inside may require some correct deadlifting.
The first thing that pertained to my mind was, “Is this their concept of portable?”
A portable power station is rapidly becoming a crucial tool for services and families, specifically those who need to venture out or work remotely (believe outside workers, emergency situation services etc), bringing the magic of electrical energy to significant locations. Contemporary portable power station can power a small heater in the depths of winter season or an air-conditioning system in summertime’s hottest days.
When searching for one, output power and battery autonomy are the most important criteria we try to find while ease of use and the variety of outlets are also important elements. The capability to charge rapidly together with long-life batteries finish the feature list of a contemporary portable power station.
The Bluetti Innovation company, founded in 2016, concentrates on all-in-one power storage items. They just recently finished a very successful Indiegogo financing for their flagship product, the AC200P, generating over $6.7 M over the course of the project. This is currently deemed the portable power station to beat by the competition thanks to its long feature list, huge battery system and a/c inverter.
This solar power station is not on the light side. Still, I’m scared no airline company will let you get aboard with this one.
With a bit over 60 lbs, you’ll wish you purchased the trolley (offered separately) if you need to move it around a lot.
When you begin unpacking it, it all starts making sense. The Bluetti AC200P is made from tough flame-retardant ABS plastic and aluminum that appears like it can take some beating.
The diagonal pinstripes on the front show that Mr. Bluetti means business, and the two handles molded in the frame guarantee a secure grip.
Kudos for design and durability!!
Out of package, the AC200P looks like a small travel luggage however at 27.5 Kg, its weight puts it in the heavy product category. A black plastic finish with diagonal stripes gives a rugged and professional look while 2 handles moulded in the frame aid move the portable power station around securely.
a/c 300 by blue eddy and the growth b300 batteries that it includes and over the last month i’ve been running this system each and every single day so in today’s video we’re going to talk about my experience and what i think about the system so to begin with this is a modular solar power system this system has a solar charge controller has the inverter and it has the dc outputs but this system does not have a battery you can’t even turn it on there is no internal battery at all so to turn it on you need to connect it to the expansion batteries with these expansion cable televisions i complained about these cable televisions in my ac 200 max video but i believe that these were created for this system this system is much bigger and it actually looks a lot better when these are connected on the side these are some large growth batteries people they have lithium iron phosphate cells so they’re pretty darn heavy but each one can keep 3072 watt hours what’s fascinating is each b300 has its own state of charge indicator it has a 12 volt output and it has usb ports and it has a primary on and off switch and having these expansion batteries enables this main unit to have a bigger inverter circuit and a bigger solar charge controller on this primary unit we have a 3 000 watt inverter and get this this thing can manage 2 400 watts of solar input it has 2 separate mppts and every one can deal with 1200 watts and on previous blue eddy models you needed to use this enormous power supply to charge it on this one it has an integrated air conditioning charger and you simply plug in a cable television and you can charge it a max rate of 3000 watts and personally i have actually.
4 large rubber feet support the case and avoid the system from slipping. Input power sockets exist on the left side while cooling fans are located both on the left and best sides. Front output sockets are protected by rubber flaps that avoid dust particles from going into the case. The flat top can be utilized as a small table and includes 2 15W cordless battery chargers.
